Many years (20?) ago I was a student on a BT "ARMOR" training process that involved Tom Boydell, then working in Sheffield I believe in a company called Transform. The company I now work for is facing significant redundancies (23%) and it occured to me that the sort of emotional self-awareness that was inherent in that training would be relevant to my colleagues today - we work in the Notts/Sheffield area.
