| Corporate Research Forum (CRF) | CRF commissioned the University of Lancaster, Henley Business School and Inter-Logics to carry out a detailed research study of current concepts, practice and trends in leadership development in the UK. This included an introduction to current thinking on Corporate Leadership Development (CLD); an account of contemporary CLD practice, based on 12 case studies; an outline of four new perspectives to guide future CLD practice; commentary on some of dilemmas around leadership development; a review of current leadership development methods; proposals on how organisations can review their current practice; and a summary of the work of some leading thinkers, whose views may be particularly useful for those responsible for CLD.
