Corporate Research Forum (CRF)
CRF commissioned the University of Lancaster, Henley Business School and Inter-Logics to carry out a detailed research study of current concepts, practice and trends in leadership development in the UK.  This included  an introduction to current thinking on Corporate Leadership Development (CLD);  an account of contemporary CLD practice, based on 12 case studies;  an outline of four new perspectives to guide future CLD practice;  commentary on some of dilemmas around leadership development; a  review of current leadership development methods;  proposals on how organisations can review their current practice;  and a summary of the work of some leading thinkers, whose views may be particularly useful for those responsible for CLD.

The Bath PartnershipInter-Logics has for the past two years provided service evaluation support and guidance to this unique multi-agency partnership. The Employers Organisation for Local Government (now part of I&DeA)Inter-Logics was commissioned by the Employers Organisation to conduct a survey of attitudes toward various models of service and workforce redesign. Working with 28 pilot sites we conducted qualitative research interviews and analysed the results to feed into a major study on worforce remodelling. Inter-Logics Conferences
The learning Company Project had run an annual international conference for some years, but felt that it was coming to the end of its life cycle. We took over the time/space  and ran two conferences around theme “It’s a Relational World”
