As we have rported before, Inter~Logics provided support for change at the Egypt National Post Office in conjunction with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. This was a a culturally sensitive development propgramme - linked to real changes in the work place - for critically placed up-and-coming managers. A key feature of the programme was the attention given to engaging staff and other managers in real change activity in the workplace.
