Title:
Relational Action Learning
Body:
Building on the principles of Action Learning - where people enquire into difficult work challenges and rethink their role and local action -
Relational Action Learning
focusses on the micro-detail of how colleagues work together. This approach enables colleagues to become aware of, and act jointly upon, the limiting effects of our inter-actions - always with real work tasks at stake. Unlike more conventional Action Learning where the focus tends to be on individuals and challenges they are grappling with, Relational Action Learning makes the 'traffic rules of interaction' - the way we interact with each other in this community - the focus of attention - sometimes to remakable effect.
