we have just completed a capacity-building project for the Syrian Bank Training Centre in Damascus. Funded by the EU, this comprised 4 one-week modules  - Identifying Management Learning and Development Needs; Designing Interventions and Programmes; Implementing Interventions and Programmes; and Evaluating Managment Development.

 

Through our associated Derwent Centre,  participants were assessed and gained an internationally recognised  Development Award from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
